  • Responsible for leasing and marketing LendLease industrial portfolio of 1,383,259 square feet throughout Northern Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, 1997-2001.

Duke Realty Investments (December, 1989 - December, 1997)
Senior Downtown Leasing Representative (1997)

  • Responsible for leasing all Duke downtown buildings including 312 Walnut, 311 Elm, 312 Plum, 525 Vine, and One and Three Centennial Plaza

Senior Industrial Leasing Representative (1992-1996)

  • Responsible for leasing all Duke industrial property throughout Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati
  • Negotiated land sales and purchases on behalf of Duke Realty Investments
  • Negotiated a 304,000 square foot build-to-suit for MicroAge Computers and a 282,000 square foot build-to-suit for Dayco Products
  • Negotiated over 150 leases totaling over 2 million square feet with a lease value in excess of $30,000,000. These companies included Chrysler Corp., Valvoline Oil, General Electric, IBM, Ohio National Life Insurance, Omnicare, etc.
  • Marketed and negotiated land sales and build-to-suits for 90 acres at the Institute for Advanced Manufacturing Sciences (IAMS) on behalf of the City of Cincinnati
  • Acquired ten industrial buildings with a value over $35,000,000 (included Mosteller Distribution Center, Enterprise Park South, Perimeter Park, etc.)

Suburban Office Leasing Representative (1989-1991)

  • Responsible for leasing all of Duke Realty Investments' suburban office portfolio including Governor's Hill, Governor's Pointe, Bank One Towers, Kenwood Commons, Park 50, Triangle Office Park and Tri-County Office Park
  • Negotiated over 100 leases with a total lease value over $40,000,000
